BEWARE of fish bones! We wanted to love this food because it's the only small breed available by Acana. There are very sharp bones that stick out of more than half a bag of dog food. I emailed Acana and they were already aware. These are sharp enough to scrape your dog's throat and intestines as when I handled them they poked my fingers and made them bleed. We returned it. Beware of getting anything with fish in it from Acana as there will be bones in it. Their new process still does not remove all of the sharp bone fragments.

Despite great ingredients my doggy doesn’t want to eat it

My dog was diagnosed with multiple sensitivities to various allergens. And After the long research for the agreeable ingredients we came up with Acana as the best

My dog was diagnosed with multiple sensitivities to various allergens. And After the long research for the agreeable ingredients we came up with Acana as the best option for him. We bought Red meat and Chicken for small breeds. With or without toppers, no matter how hungry he is, he wouldn’t eat these kibbles. Kiddos to the company that has this much cleaner product! Hope that other dogs can benefit from it. Unfortunately, we are still searching for the good one for us
