Despite the package being damaged in the mail (and you didn't immediately send me a replacement - I had to call you to get an expedited order), you did follow through with a new shipment which arrived very quickly. For that, my dog and I are thankful. Your customer service rep and her supervisor listened to my growing concern and acted.

Very difficult confirming order had shipped

Chatting was ridiculous. Had to get a pharmacy tech on the line. Then had to get a pharmacist. Others were saying they had not received RX from vet, but vet had

Chatting was ridiculous. Had to get a pharmacy tech on the line. Then had to get a pharmacist. Others were saying they had not received RX from vet, but vet had sent in (of course I called his office and bothered them). Only pharmacist apparently could give me correct info. Waiting and waiting and waiting on shipping when it was supposed to be faster to process than it actually was because no one tracked the RX correctly. Who knows what would have happened if I had not contacted Chewy. Was down to one pill let, had to buy 5 extras as it was.

Difficult with toenails

At 8 weeks we were told he’s cuddly but hates his toenails. Now 10.5 yrs later we give him ace with trazadone and can do them with 2 people His vet prescribes

Very strong.

My vet approved this medicine but mentioned it's nothing they use because its very strong. I gave my 70lb dog just half. I will never give her another one. I only

My vet approved this medicine but mentioned it's nothing they use because its very strong. I gave my 70lb dog just half. I will never give her another one. I only purchased because it said helps calm for toe nail trimming. Please use a more mild medication like Gapapitan or Melatonin if just calming. The side affects alone scared me. It took her a good day or two for me to see her get back to normal. When she was not able to walk was enough for me. I wish her Vet had not approved it or talked to me about milder alternatives.
