I use this product and love it but I do not remember how long it lasts!

The spray can be used every 7 days but will remain active for up to 8 weeks. For best results, apply Advantage Yard & Premise Spray every 3-4 weeks.

An important part of a comprehensive prevention program that includes treating your pet and home interior with appropriate products to ensure complete control.

Do not water the treated area to the point of run-off. Do not make applications during rain. All outdoor applications must be limited to spot or crack-and-crevice treatments only, expect for the following permitted uses:

Treatment to soil and vegetation around structures
Application to lawns, turf, and other vegetation
Applications to building foundations, up to a maximum height of 3 feet Other than applications to building foundations, all outdoor applications to impervious surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, patios, porches, and structural surfaces (such as windows, doors, and eaves) are limited to spot and crack-and-crevice applications only. Shake well before each use!

Lawn Flea & Tick Control: To kill fleas and ticks harboring in lawns and backyards. For best results, lawn should be mowed a day or two before spraying. Spray using a slow, even sweeping motion, being sure to cover the entire lawn surface where the pets will normally frequent. Spray under ornamentals and trees, but avoid soaking young or flowering plants. Kills deer ticks on contact.

Keep pets and children out of treated areas until after the spray has dried. Do not spray animals. Dogs, cats, their kennel or bedding area should also be treated with a registered flea and tick control product in conjunction with this application.

Ready-to-Spray System

Connect sprayer to hose and turn on water.
Point in the direction you want to spray, turn the spray control knob to the ON position and spray.
To stop, turn the sprayer control knob to the OFF position and turn off the water.
When finished, relieve water pressure by turning the control knob back to ON until the line is depressurized, then turn back to OFF.
Disconnect the sprayer from the hose.

Fleas rise to the top of your pet's coat as they die, so consider it a triumph if you start seeing more fleas at first, after treating your pet. If you’re still seeing fleas after application, it may be because your pet has picked up new fleas from the environment, which may include other pets, surfaces and outdoor areas. It may take up to 30 days to break the entire flea life cycle. Additionally, you should also treat sources of new fleas (i.e., carpet, yard, etc.) to ensure complete flea control.
