Aivituvin Insulated Wooden with Soft Liner Cat House

The first thing I noticed was the box was very damaged and lots of pieces of the roof were all over in the box. The smell of the wood and roof is enough to make me gag, I’m going to have to air it out to let it smell better. I think the treated wood made a smell. The assembly was moderately difficult due to having to line up all the pieces, I highly recommend using a drill and setting your pieces out in advance and lining them up how they go. The hinge was the hardest for us, because we did it but then it was catching on the side, so we had to detach it and move it in more. After placing everything together, the only thing I’m not keen on is the flaps, it’s very difficult for a cat to enter because of the pads inside, the flaps get stuck on the covers. Over all it’s very nice, I’m satisfied but disappointed with the quality. My pieces of wood had slivers and chips all over it, my finger started bleeding from a chip in the wood so please wear gloves!! I hope the feral cat outside will use this, fingers crossed!

You need power tool to assemble. Since I dont have any there are gaps. Marmalade is using the house. Im glad since it started to rain.

There was some damage, places in the wood that was broke off and chipped. Seems to be a sturdy house.
