Great for winter

I prefer sand but in the winter this works great since the coop isnt cleaned near as often

Not what I thought it would be

I was so excited to get this and after finally getting it I put it in the coop and it doesn’t absorb ANYTHING and the poop sits ontop of it so my chickens have been

I was so excited to get this and after finally getting it I put it in the coop and it doesn’t absorb ANYTHING and the poop sits ontop of it so my chickens have been having extra poopy feet. And the middle was moldy and I didn’t see it at first so there’s that too. Just overall don’t recommend
