How and where are the mackerel and whitefish sourced? Do you ensure sustainability and no contaminants such as mercury?

Both the Mackerel and Whitefish are wild caught, off of Thailand coastal areas (various fishing areas). Nearly all fish and shellfish contain at least traces of mercury, but the manufacturer maintains high restriction standards for heavy metals. These two fish have among the lowest mercury content of the fish they offer.
