Shipping breaks biscuits to pieces

I have communicated with Chewy in the past about this. Chewy temporarily corrected it but the last box came in shipped incorrectly and the entire box was crumbs

I have communicated with Chewy in the past about this. Chewy temporarily corrected it but the last box came in shipped incorrectly and the entire box was crumbs of biscuits. when they package the box of biscuits in an outer cardboard box they arrive unbroken but they tend to ship only in the original box and the biscuits are always broken to pieces upon arrival. My dog knows he’s getting crumbs. I’ve canceled my standing order.

everything arrived in pieces

4 - 15lbs boxes packed into a single box with no padding. It was so heavy, this box has been dropped down several times before it arrived. About 70% of the biscuits

4 - 15lbs boxes packed into a single box with no padding. It was so heavy, this box has been dropped down several times before it arrived. About 70% of the biscuits are broken to pieces. Never had this issue when I ordered 1 or 2 boxes.

This treats are huge! They are packed in layers with a cardboard separating the layers and only found 3 broken. Usually all dog treats come with at least 6 to 12

not happy

I have bought these treats for my dogs for awhile, now, BUT on one order months before now, there was mold on the last two rows of dog biscuits and I had to throw

I have bought these treats for my dogs for awhile, now, BUT on one order months before now, there was mold on the last two rows of dog biscuits and I had to throw them away. (these aren't cheap so I really hated to waste them, but I was not feeding them to my dogs!!) But I thought well, maybe it could be that they are stored in a cabinet in the garage, so I let the next auto order be sent. I got them a few weeks ago and stored them in the kitchen cabinet to protect them from mold. Seems that it is the biscuits, not where they are stored, these had mold on them too!!! So I threw them all away and will not order these again!! I made some homemade treats after trashing these. Just be sure to look what comes out of a treat box!!
