I got this prescription from our vet for my poor girl’s teeth and she sent me a link to the pharmacy she uses. Thy gave me an outrageous price for this and one other

I got this prescription from our vet for my poor girl’s teeth and she sent me a link to the pharmacy she uses. Thy gave me an outrageous price for this and one other med (I had to get there) and I immediately thought to check Chewy since it was pretty common. So after the discounted price and addition to 4 other things, my purchase was half the price of the other pharmacy. I have had to reorder it a second time and like the first time, it came in two days. It was even delivered on a Sunday. I never have thought of using Chewy pharmacy and now I am hooked. It’s quickly becoming my favorite store for all we need and so much more.

Didn't get it

My cat had a serious abscess and needed a course of antibiotics. Emergency Vets in the next town drained the abscess and sent him home with meds. His meds were accidentally left out of the fridge so I quickly ordered more from Chewys. I waited for it all week and it never came. He has healed now on its own. But he was supposed to be on that medication, and he never got it. I love Chewys but I'm not happy right now. Apparently, it was delivered to the wrong house. I checked the order address twice before I submitted the order. So the problem was not on my end.

The time it took

It took almost a week and a half for this script to come in I was not happy the cat almost died because of the time it took it was a time sensitive med for a friends

It took almost a week and a half for this script to come in I was not happy the cat almost died because of the time it took it was a time sensitive med for a friends cat who had a serious infection and she almost lost her fur baby because of tardiness of this prescription.

Scripts not read properly

I only received 1/3 of the prescription which left my dog who was just operated on for 3 days with no antibiotic. It's a shame we have to do a Pharmacists job and

This med seemed to work just as well as the one from the vet. Only vets was 5 times more money. My kitty was on it a long time and did well awhile. Eventually she lost her battle. I do not blame the med though. She was 17 and with an autoimmune disease, just could not win the fight. Thank you Chewy for always sending my orders of this and other meds and foods in such a timely manner. I give A++ to Chewy.
