As a professional pet groomer of 40 years I caved and ordered this Andis 5Wide blade in a moment of desperation. To my fellow professional pet groomers - just don't. It's actually quite a useless blade...which is an expensive lesson but a lesson learned.

Not the best fan of the ceramic blade but so far so good with these. Wide blade is a time saver on the bigger dogs. And when working as a groomer time is money

Not Sharp Straight Out of Package

I had to send this blade and the other wide Andis blade in for sharpening as soon as I received them. They were not sharp enough to properly cut through clean dog

Dull and stiff

The first time I tried to use these they were so stiff that I had to loosen the screws for my clippers to even work, they have never felt sharp, very disappoint
