Less abscesses when I use this for my horses. They also eat it fine in their grain.
My horse's feet became weak from the lack of care my previous farrier put into their trims so this helped correct the problem and my new farrier was amazed as I was about how well this product helped with toughening up their feet. I currently do not need the product, but if my horses ever need something to help their hooves, my go-to product!
I have been using this consistently for a year and it has made all the difference in my horse, who has a history of founder. My farrier has also commented on the contribution this has made to the condition of my boy's hooves. Absolutely recommend, would not be without. Chewy is a lifesaver, and this is the only reputable site where I have found this product.
We started our mare on this hoof supplement after battling slow-growing, thin-walled, abscess-prone hooves all winter. We started her on this on May 10th, and when our farrier did her feet a few weeks ago, he said that her feet are great! She is showing good growth and her hoof walls have thickened up a lot. We just bought an OTTB with horrible feet--cracks, dished out walls, thin soles--and we started her on this right away. Excited to see some changes in her feet over the next 3-6 months!
