Stopped working

Bought 3 boxes. The interior is very small so a couple of my large boys couldn’t even get in it to use it. By day 4, one by one, all 3 boxes had started to malfunction

Bought 3 boxes. The interior is very small so a couple of my large boys couldn’t even get in it to use it. By day 4, one by one, all 3 boxes had started to malfunction. They would cycle halfway through to dump the waste but then the bins would stay there and not continue the cycle to redistribute the litter into the bottom of the box. I had to manually reset them to get them back in working order. But the next time they were used it would happen again. Took over a week and several phone calls to get my return labels emailed to me, FedEx was a no show twice to pick them up and I have yet to receive my refund. It’s definitely been a very disappointing experience.

She used it a few times but she was actually too big for it and the motion freaked her out. If she had taken to it I would still be using it. I think it’s worth the money a setup and use was super easy.

2/3 cats like and i feel 2/3 about this product

It’s a neat concept and i like it, sorta. Initial set up was easy, put on the legs and insert the storage bin, well there’s no instruction about installing step

It’s a neat concept and i like it, sorta. Initial set up was easy, put on the legs and insert the storage bin, well there’s no instruction about installing step up into it so i had to figure that out. I downloaded the app and connected to the litter box rather easily, there is no way to calibrate the scale though, that i have found. So overall I’m 2/3 happy with the product, it cycles through after a cat comes out to a timing you can schedule or default to, although it randomly dumped ALL the litter which was weird. Now let’s get to the cats review, i have 3 cats and they range from 14 lbs to 9lbs, i had concerns about the larger kitty since it looks rather small inside, he didn’t seem to bothered by it, same with my middle cat. The little one hopped right in during assembly but once it was set up with litter, she chose to use the old bin i hadn’t cleaned up yet instead of the new box, after i took the old bin away to give her no choice to use it, she was very scared and cautious at first, and still it. I’m sure I’ll figure the rest of the kinks out as i continue to use this product, now wow’d by any means but I’m not upset by it.

So far it seems like a nice litter box. I like that it comes in white. As soon as we took it out of the box by cat jumped in. It did require some assembly. I like the extra added items like the lint roller, duster, and came with a lot of trash bags. The one thing I will say is that the aroma therapy smell was too strong for me. It was a nice smell but I try to keep scented items away from my cats as they can be sensitive. But you don’t have to use that part if you don’t want to. Overall great box and should make cleaning much easier.

Litter box was in operation for 6 hours at time of review. Litter box is too small for both cats individually to be inside. Sound scares the cats. They have pooped on floor to avoid getting near litter box. It’s big but fairly quiet. I’ve tried their favorite litter. Before it made noise to clean litter they were curious about what it was. Either cat are in a laying down position as inside is small for them. They normally sit straight up. For a kitten or small cat that lives with owners that don't like to scoop poop it’s great. For me this unit isn't worth money to buy it. Cats are 12.58lbs each. Litter box was in use for a few weeks. Neither cat would go near it again.

You will need wi-fi for the set up process, but it's pretty impressive the types of insights the app can provide you on cat box usage. We do wish the app had a better walk through or more information to guide you when using it. There are some features or functions that we aren't sure how to use on the app or what they mean.

One of the things that impressed us right away is how quiet it is during the cleaning cycle. Our cats were immediately curious about it!
