Is there a large difference between the pond test kit and the aquarium test kit? I have a pond and was wondering if it could be used for my aquarium as well.

There are different tests between the kits. However, you may use either kit for either application. Both kits are meant to be used with freshwater.
does it have the items included to FIX any issues the test may find?

Good kit, arrived broken

This is a good kit, but when I received it one of the tubes were broken and the box was cracked. I probably wouldn't order this in particular from Chewy because of that.

Worth it i will buy it again

So much more accurate than the strips might not be as easy as sticking a tab in the water but will save money from buying stuff to get your pond right. Tabs are not as accurate. Love this and will buy it again.
