BURNED OUT IN 3 HOURS

I bought the bulb because I was getting 2 new lizards. I also bought a new fixture which came with a bulb. This way I would have 1 spare. Boy, was I wrong. Had to

I bought the bulb because I was getting 2 new lizards. I also bought a new fixture which came with a bulb. This way I would have 1 spare. Boy, was I wrong. Had to use the spare after 3 hours! Then the other one that I had put in my spare light fixture, blew after 1 day. So, I have a brand new baby Uro with no UVB. You gotta fix this Arcadia, Please! MBD is BAD and you're the best brand there is!

The bulb it self gets 5 stars all day long. FedEx and whomever packages these 0. First two I ordered were broken during transit. Sent another two. Those arrived

The bulb it self gets 5 stars all day long. FedEx and whomever packages these 0. First two I ordered were broken during transit. Sent another two. Those arrived beat up. Only one worked. So they sent another in which I’m waiting for notes but it’s delayed. Customer service is amazing. Packaging and FedEx. Almost makes you not even want to order anymore

Needed a new bulb for my bearded dragon’s enclosure so I ordered the Arcadia 36in desert tube lamp. After waiting over a week it showed up shattered. While it was shipped in a hard tube like package it didn’t have hardly any bubble paper surrounding the actual bulb. There was nothing cushioning it from rattling around inside the tube like package. Upon opening it glass fell to the floor and all over myself and my counter. I’m really disappointed in Chewy I never had any negative experiences prior but they need to do better. And now the item is out of stock so I will have to source it elsewhere. Big thumbs down this time!!

This is more of a review about Chewy and how amazing they are. I ordered 2 Arcadia Reptile D3+ Reptile T5 12% UVB bulbs, which are AMAZING lights for lizards. One of the bulbs broke during transit, there was glass throughout the whole package and in the package of the second light. I think it was the carrier's fault because I could tell Chewy put a lot of thought into how the bulbs were secured. I chatted in, and the representative I worked with was amazing and very personable. She was very concerned and provided me with either a full replacement or a full refund with no issues. A perfect customer experience.
