I am sorry to hear the switch placement on our cables is not best suited to your needs. We do have a few ways to help resolve this for you, to start with we have our new LumenIZE lighting range, this is fully app controlled and means that you only need to plug it in and switch it on once then program your schedule via the app, the light will then turn on and off according to the schedule every day, no more flicking switches every morning. LumenIZE also has the ability to program sunrises and sunsets which are far more natural for our animals.

I had a problem with my first one that I order. It didn’t work it seems like bulb burn. But the costumer service was 100% they send me a replacement right away.

It is so much brighter stronger and noticeable positive change in my dragon behavior. I have had one before unfortunately my ex held onto after the break up but it never broke the light is extremely durable.
