Can you store this Can at room temperature once it is opened or does it have to be kept inside fridge?

Once opened this food should be stored in the fridge for a maximum of 5-7 days. Any food remaining after that time should be thrown out.

Can this be watered down to make a broth? To moisten food without hurting the animal?

Replace 30% of your pet's current food with Switch. Gradually replace a small portion of the old food with the new food over a 6 day period while mixing with Switch. For best results, transition slowly. After transition: Continue adding Switch up to 10% of the total diet for a fiber addition that supports a healthy G.I. Tract.

Works great but expensive!!

I used just a tablespoon of this with each meal when I brought my puppy home from the rescue. I kept her on the same brand of food the rescue was giving her, but

I used just a tablespoon of this with each meal when I brought my puppy home from the rescue. I kept her on the same brand of food the rescue was giving her, but had to change the flavor as the pet store was all sold out. The pet store recommended using Switch just in case, to prevent any tummy issues. It works! My puppy had no digestive issues. However, it’s expensive at $45 for a case. The only ingredient is pure pumpkin. You can get that from your local grocery store for much less!! $30/case vs $45/case.

Treacherously sharp cans

I used to use this, but not any more. In addition to the exorbitant price increase, they've changed the can to a pop top style that will slice your fingers to shreds

We have an Aussie that has a really sensitive stomach. He would get a little bit of this pumpkin with each meal, and it helped him so much. Unfortunately, we can no longer afford this for him because it went from 20$ a case to over 40$!!! Such a shame since it really is a great product for dogs that need it. I’ll keep checking back to see if the price drops back down to something reasonable, but until then we’ll be looking for other options for our sensitive pup. 5 stars for the product, 2 stars for the price.
