Arm & Hammer Litter Platinum Clump & Seal Cat Litter

Not so great

I have been ordering the Armon Hammer Clump and seal Platinum for some time now. I have one female cat. I scoop her box every day and I change the litter out once a week. I have noticed these past few times that it is not covering the odor as it once was. I like that it clumps and I like that it is easy clean up when changing. Has some thing changed in the formula of this cat litter?

Smells awful!!

I saw that this litter tracks less than others, I'm in a single room with two cats right now- not ideal i realize. But the litter keeps getting in my bed and everything. So I tried this stuff out and my god. It smells so bad I was about to just dump it. It does NOT get better over time, its so strong my eyes watered. Absolutely do not recommend- i was concerned for the cats even. Because I mean it was STRONG, and definitely not "100% dust free" and it didn't actually track any less. Not worth it tbh

Great Product

I have been buying ARM & HAMMER clump and seal for many years. I like that is not too dusty and what I really love is that it absorbs the smell of the cat's poop like no other litter! I do not buy any other brand of litter but A&H clump and seal.

Won't use anything else

I use this for my bunny. I ran out weeks ago and tried a different brand that was on sale. What a mistake. This is the only litter that truly clumps and doesn't go all over the place when he jumps out. It seals the smell in, and keeps his area smelling fresh and looking clean. I will never use anything else besides clump and seal.

The best cat litter on the market

I have tried a lot of different cat litters. This litter hold back litter box smell so well that I have had a few people tell me that if they didn't see my cat, they would have never known I had one. I am not a person who scoops everyday thanks to being busy a lot. So knowing that if I miss a day or two my house is not going to smell like a cat box is a good thing. Try it you will agree.

WAY TOO DUSTY

Pros: -Definitely masks orders -Clumps, mostly... -Tracking is minimal, or it is not tracked as far as other litters. Cons: -I have NEVER used a more DUSTY litter. I am talking clouds and clouds of billowing dust as I scoop. This CANNOT be healthy.... -clumps take a bit to firm up before you can scoop them. -DO NOT USE this litter if you have a cat prone to respiratory problems. The dust is terrible! Summary: good order control but TOO DUSTY. If I could return it I would! Recommendation: -use the Arm&Hammer (sand-colored) Muli-cat formula instead. It is cheaper, it hides odors just as well, it clumps faster, it's nearly dust-free, and my cats like it better.

No Tracking!

This litter is amazing. We have two long-haired cats, a Maine Coon and American Bobtail. Seemingly overnight, our previous litter went from working well to being a complete disaster. We had paw print tracks of litter everywhere - on floors, carpets, pillows, furniture, etc. It was not pretty. You could see it stuck to their little paws. After doing some research, we landed in this one. It arrived and we made the switch. Immediately we noticed, no tracking, no overt smells of either the fresh litter or the used litter. No litter sticking to paws or spread all over the floor. It is puurfect.

Works well for multi-cat household

Works just fine for our 4-cat household. We have 4 boxes with this and two boxes with Pine Fresh litter. I prefer the pine litter, but I'm not the one using a litter box. The cats who use it like it fine and it clumps up just fine and doesn't stick too badly to the scooper.

Clump & Seal Cat Litter

Changes have been made to this litter. It allows urine to puddle, and it remains between the pads of the animal's paws. It stays wet and does not clump dry. It sticks to the scoop and tracks. Very disappointed in the product. Will not purchase again.
