FOR CHEWY

I don't know what you guys need to do but busted open packages is not acceptable. The products bought from CHEWY are not cheap most of the time. My $30/$40 little

I don't know what you guys need to do but busted open packages is not acceptable. The products bought from CHEWY are not cheap most of the time. My $30/$40 little items in with the catfood box were on my front steps bc th box was busted. THIS WILL STOP ME FROM ORDERING FROM CHEWY. I've ordered cat food from other places and this is by far the worst shipping. The very few dollars I save with chewy isn't worth it. If my orders continue to arrive in poor conditions I WILL TAKE MY BUISNESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. I mean come on, you know what your shipping, right? Heavy cat food/litter!!! YOU NEED TO DO AND BE BETTER! WHAT DO YOU THINK IS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN YOU CRAM 2 30LBS BAGS OF CAT FOOD IN ONE BOX. THIS IS POOR JUDGMENT ON SHIPPING, THIS IS ON CHEWY! BE BETTER! YOUR CUSTOMERS SPEND A LOT OF MONEY FOR YOU TO TREAT THEIR ORDER LIKE THAT. IT SCREAMS THAT CHEWY DOESNT CARE! Treating my order poorly is treating me poorly! Subtle Lavender Scent

I’m not sure if it’s calming them down

Moonpie is a Diva. She won't use her litter box if it smells bad. I like this better than the other Arm & Happer deoderizer that is a white powder. For some reason,

Moonpie is a Diva. She won't use her litter box if it smells bad. I like this better than the other Arm & Happer deoderizer that is a white powder. For some reason, a little bit of this seems to absorb the odor better without the strong perfume. The other one smells very strong. I sprinkle that one under the litter when I change the box, and this one I sprinkle on top every couple of days. I use micro-crystal cat litter with an automatic box.
