Can a dog swallow this

This Toothpaste can be swallowed by dogs. For first time brusher's, put a small amount of toothpaste on your finger and invite the dog to lick it off. Slowly progress to rubbing your finger along the gum line and teeth. Then, put a small amount of toothpaste on the toothbrush or finger brush and repeat.

Dog loves the flavor

Works great, my dog loves the taste, so after getting him used to brushing, it's become like a treat with an odd method of provision. Also, his breath smells so much better! Some tips from a dog groomer I talked to (Just make sure to build up to the full process if your dog's not used to brushing, this should be a positive, albeit odd, experience for them): - Use kids toothbrushes as they tend to have softer bristles - Start by using thumb and index finger over the muzzle to lift up the front lips, then brush up and down the canines and across the front of the teeth - After that, hook an index finger into one of the cheeks and pull it back to reveal the back teeth on one side. Brush back and forth along them, no need to brush the inside. - Do the same thing but for the other side - After that I let my dog lick the toothbrush and my hands for any extra toothpaste flavor. - All done!

best toothpaste!!

This is the only toothpaste I use for my dog. It smells lovely and my dog loves the flavor, which makes brushing super easy. She looks forward to it every time! I put a little on the brush after and let her lick it to clean her tongue, but for her it’s like a treat after. Plus, my dog is 2 years old and her teeth are pearly white. It clearly does the job and gives my girl a healthy mouth!

Dogs actually enjoy this toothpaste!

I brush my dog's teeth almost every day. Oral health is super important. And the price on this is great. And it's a great brand. My dogs are pretty good about getting their teeth brushed. One of them has pretty stinky breath. So I didn't want to get poultry or beef flavored toothpaste. They would like the taste but I think it would make their breath stinkier. I tried this flavor. The vanilla ginger. They really love it! They think it's a treat. And it really helps the stinky breath too.

Works great and smells super fresh!

I’ve always used Arm and Hammer dog toothpastes for my pups, and this is our new favorite! It does a great job cleaning their teeth, and it smells really fresh! Plus, the pups love it!

Harmful Ingredients

Wish I'd looked a little harder at the ingredient list. Doesn't specify where the "flavors" are derived from, smells 1000% artificial for something that claims to be derived from natural ingredients. Also contains BLUE 1!!!
