wrong size parts. disappointed!

did not come with the right size holes for screws or the right size screws either way i had to diy my own holes for it to make it work so now the wood is splinted

did not come with the right size holes for screws or the right size screws either way i had to diy my own holes for it to make it work so now the wood is splinted this took me a whole hour when it should have been five minutes the instructions are confusing as well coming home from a hard day at work as a disabled person who is in a lot of pain thinking this would be fun and easy only to be frustrated and in more pain after this i am not happy i thought this would be a great toy for my cat as after work i don’t have much energy to spend playing with her and this is such a great idea i would like a refund and possibly a whole new one sent with the right supplies i was really looking forward to this new toy for my cat Ophelia i pay a lot of money to chewy for the things i get and am hugely disappointed in this i don’t understand how the treat dispenser is even supposed to go on either overall highly disappointed and do not recommend unless you want to waste your time

So fun!

This toy is very wellmade and loved by my kittens. They love batting the ball and Bonnie especially loves watching treats fly out and scarfing them up before Clyde

This toy is very wellmade and loved by my kittens. They love batting the ball and Bonnie especially loves watching treats fly out and scarfing them up before Clyde can get to them. The hanging toys are lots of fun, but the scratching post is Clyde's favorite.

Disappointed

The package arrived ripped and when i opened it to put together, there are missing pieces. I will now have to contact to see if they will replace it.

Product looks exactly as pictured. The picture shows a small science experiment looking playground for cats and that's exactly what it is. I have an adult cat that is on the smaller side so I figured she might like this and she absolutely did. My other regular sized cats like it too but mostly if I play with them on it (by hitting the balls with them). I like the way this looks and it's very sturdy. My cats have not toppled it over when playing with it. It may be a little on the expensive side but I live to make my cats happy so worth it!
