My back yard has many feeders but birds often throw out seeds that are like tillers causing weeds. Does this bag go thin seed like this

Answer by ChewyMay 14, 2019
This bird food mix contains grain products (blend of milo and cut corn), white proso millet and black oil sunflower seeds.

Would this be a good chicken feed?

Answer by ChewyOct 31, 2018
This food is recommended for wild birds like finches, sparrows, juncos, cardinals, towhees, quail, doves, and buntings.

Is this a good choice for Northeast Ohio. I like to put seed out in the winter when the ground is frozen. I do live in an extremely rural area (surrounded by woods, fields and corn fields). If not what is the best blend of seed? Thank you.

Answer by ChewySep 17, 2018
This food is suitable for winter feeding.

I was looking for powderless bird food and this popped up (Audubon Park Wild Bird Food). Is it powderless? Thank you

Answer by ChewyFeb 26, 2019
None of their products are made with powder. Sometimes cracked corn or peanuts will create a powder-looking substance in the bag due to being shuffled around during shipping and handling.

A 20lb bag lasts less than week in my large feeder. I think the word got out that we have tasty food. When it’s empty, they hang out at the window looking in, I swear! lol We have way more birds hanging out than we used to. Turns out my free range chickens love it too. They often hang out under the feeder waiting for anything that drops.

Bird food all over the place.

1 bag of bird food was ripped open and food was everywhere. All in the box and sidewalk. What can we do about that? NEver ever had a problem before.

Great Bird food

We have at least three types of woodpeckers, we have so many different types of birds, they seem to love it and the squirrels eat it also

House finches and doves will NOT eat

Not even the grackles or squirrels were interested when I dumped this in the yard! Now I use this birdseed as a base for my tray feeder and put safflower seed on

Wonderful bird seed!

My birds outside prefer the smaller seeds. That's the majority of what's in this bag. It's easy to reload my bird feeder.

Birds Love it!

The birds in my yard love this food. I try to keep a certain amount of this food in an octagon shaped feeder, and every day I have to add more seeds!

Birds eat more of the small seed, but.love the cracked corn.

Can't keep the feeding trays full. Looked like they are going.to eat 80lbs of sunflower seed and 30-40 lbs of bird seed a month.
