Been purchasing for a long time. I watch & check my dog every day for any signs of constipation or diarrhea. THESE HELP SO MUCH. IF I know we're heading into a transitional period, I put her on it ahead of time I keep her on daily doses until transition is complete & She's doing well. Even when well with no stressor I give at least every 2 days. Only because limited income, otherwise it would ne every day no matter how well or not!

I gave a 4 star. Its only been about 3 weeks since my Gracie has been on these soft chews. She likes the taste. Her stool has been normal most days with an occasional mushy stool. But, that may be d/t her 8yo gut. At my vets direction she suggested withholding glucosamine biscuit that may contain a ingredient she's sensitive to.That was 3wks ago. It seems to be working. Good thing is, she's not scooting or licking her private part. So, its hard to tell at this time exactly which is helping the most. I'm gonna start her on Dacucosaquin for her hip and joint & see how that goes as it has gut friendly ingredients.

What do you do when you have a 14-year-old doggie (now 15) that is energetic, happy, but has diarrhea that is out of control. You change her diet. Check. You see

What do you do when you have a 14-year-old doggie (now 15) that is energetic, happy, but has diarrhea that is out of control. You change her diet. Check. You see if there is an infection. Check (no). You add pumpkin and rice. Check. You add a probiotic. Check. You add any necessary meds. Check (hyperthyroid, that only cats get... what?). All of this has done the trick. She is fifteen now, just as energetic, and her poops are a marvel!
