I purchased the smallest size, 2 of them for my cats. I immediately washed the covers in a pillow case with the Petergent the sell here on Chewy. I laid them out

I purchased the smallest size, 2 of them for my cats. I immediately washed the covers in a pillow case with the Petergent the sell here on Chewy. I laid them out as flat as possible and let them air dry for a few hours. I found the filling pillows to be easy to put into the zippered compartments, very easy assembly. My cats immediately took to them, my young boy is only a couple years old, and my girl is a senior who had surgery a few months ago, and they both love their beds, have been sleeping in them for hours. Would definitely recommend and would purchase again! Best pet beds I've purchased.

This bed came a week late and when I contacted fed ex they couldn’t do anything. When I contacted CHEWY Janell N from Customer Service was extremely unhelpful and stated it was not CHEWYs problem. It shipped from the manufacturer and could do nothing to make up for the bad service. I paid CHEWY they should be responsible. Terrible service will never buy anything again from CHEWY! Terrible.

Zipper Broke After First Wash

This was a really nice luxurious dg bed. Unfortunately, my pug accidently urinated in the center of the bed and I took the cover off to wash it. The zipper to enclose the outer ring stuffing broke and now the bed is worthless because the cover keeps falling off.

I saw some reviews pointing out that this bed is too firm, but for an older dog with joint pain and arthritis, the level of support is great. I don't feel like my senior pittie is laying on the hard floor, and her head is also well supported by the bolster, she likes all furry surfaces so the texture is good for her too. It will just depend on their preference, but if you know your dog has musculoskeletal pain I think this bed is worth a try.

Soft and seems well made

We had a rectangle bed but I always caught our rescue curled up in a ball in the corner of the bed. I haven’t needed to wash it yet so can't say how that is but

I haven’t needed to wash it yet so can't say how that is but I purposefully bought for the removable cover. Our pup is a medium breed mix about 38lbs and fits perfectly in a ball along with a little space to stretch out in the medium size.

Not what I expected

How this got good reviews is beyond me. First time ever in many years as a customer of Chewy I am extremely disappointed in a product. This bed is flimsy and a pain

How this got good reviews is beyond me. First time ever in many years as a customer of Chewy I am extremely disappointed in a product. This bed is flimsy and a pain to put together. It is a lot of shredded foam in a very thin nylon cover which you then cover with thin fur like fabric. Not a good buy, and certainly not something I would recommend
