Deep and sturdy

I love this give it to give him first thing in the morning and one at dinner time. Even with PD on the bottom it still leaks I wish they made them without the hole

I love this give it to give him first thing in the morning and one at dinner time. Even with PD on the bottom it still leaks I wish they made them without the hole. It’s very strong and sturdy for my Rottweiler to chew on after the frozen treats is gone.

Easy to fill

I like that it’s easy to fill. I use a lot ok Kongs and this was a nice change of pace. It didn’t bother my boy's chin which is nice. Toppl’s bother her chin but

I like that it’s easy to fill. I use a lot ok Kongs and this was a nice change of pace. It didn’t bother my boy's chin which is nice. Toppl’s bother her chin but this didn’t. It holds enough. This wasn’t what I was expecting. Maybe I didn’t read the description. I thought it was a toy you put kibble in and they roll it around but this was an open top and is more like a Toppl and a Kong had a baby.

The item is durable just as described. My concern is when she gets her nose all the way down in there it’s pretty red from the rubber rubbing against her tender

My dog isn’t always interested in my mail but for some reason, this package got her attention. I opened the box and she’s right there, somehow knowing it’s for her. I got it out of the box, thinking this is way too big for her, but I rinsed it off, put a little peanut butter in the 4 triangles and froze it overnight. The next day I let her have it and she enjoyed the frozen peanut butter, and she was comfortable licking it with no problems. I really don’t know about the bounce part, as this Benebone Rubber Cone Treat Dispensing Dog Toy is almost as big as her head but it was fun watching her enjoy it. If she tires of it, I can give it to a large dog next door but for now, it’s a keeper for my Lucy. It’s tough enough for a large dog, and I like that the ‘sticky’ treat doesn’t fall or melt out. I also like the green color as it’s easy to spot on the floor and in the freezer.

Takes them little time

They lick out the peanut butter from them , it last about 5 to 8 mins. Something different for them to do.

The concept of this treat toy is good, but my dogs are pretty small and this was really big. I tried using this a few time with them, but both lost interest once the peanut butter was gone. Also, I tried putting peanut butter in it, and another time wet food, then freezing it, but they didn't like that at all. And, getting the last little bit of food from the bottom for them was really hard. They're also not interested in it as a toy, but that could be because the toy is so big. This is definitely better for much larger dogs.

Right out of the box my yellow lab liked the Benebone. It has a distrinct smell that she seemed to really like. The cone shape is a neat idea because it doesnt roll in a straight line like a ball so she wasnt really expecting it to turn and act differently than a ball. We froze peanut butter in it. I appreciate that it is dishwasher safe so cleaning is easy. We didn’t fill with a liquid but i could see that it would be good on a hot day outside. There is a hole which would need to be taped or spread with peanut butter to seal before filling with a liquid.

My two dogs are a bit smaller for them to actually really do much with this but let it roll around. They like anything that has food in it but to try and actually get all of the food out from the bottom is challenging and not totally crazy about the pin sized hole in the bottom. It's not their favorite way to get treats. I think this is better suited for larger dogs. Also has a really stong, sweet smell, even after washing.

While the idea behind the Benebone is good, my dogs do not show any interest in it after licking the peanut butter out of the inside. I have tried tossing it for them to fetch, but they only sniff at it and leave it alone. With a smear of peanut butter inside, they each have worked on it until all of the peanut butter is gone , then walk away form it. It does not have the ability to hold any loose treats - only peanut butter.
