are these really odor free?? Chewy's description says they are but the bag does not

These Treats go through an extended drying process, they’re virtually free of unpleasant odors. These chews are free of hormones, additives and unhealthy chemicals.

The company recommends that you refrigerate these after opening, but does anyone else actually do that? Have they gone bad before the expiration date if they aren't put in the fridge?

Best Bully Sticks has advised that if these chews are kept in the freezer they increase the overall shelf life and hardness of the bully sticks. However, keeping them in a neutral or cooler environment will help to avoid potential spoilage.

i have purchased this product over several years. However the package i recently received were the size of popsicle sticks. They were very thin and not the original

i have purchased this product over several years. However the package i recently received were the size of popsicle sticks. They were very thin and not the original size they normally come in. I contacted the company and provided them with photo proof of the bully sticks i received. They asked me to send them the weight of each single bully stick in order to get some type of compensation and i experienced terrible customer service on their end. I would not recommend this brand because they are skimping on the size of their bully sticks and providing false advertisement.
