This Dog & Cat Soft Tent Bed, Sand Linen, Medium runs very small. I have two 13lb cats and neither can get their entire bodies into this bed. Otherwise it appears to be very well made and looks nice. It did have a bit of an odor, but I let it air out in the garage before letting the cats try it. Since they can’t use it I will donate it to a shelter or sanctuary. I think kittens would love it.

Soft, cushy, comfy

Got this for my feral cats. I put inside a large covered Styrofoam bin with a cut out. Don't know what it is about this bed but 3 keep fighting over it. Solution!

Got this for my feral cats. I put inside a large covered Styrofoam bin with a cut out. Don't know what it is about this bed but 3 keep fighting over it. Solution! I ordered another one. It's very sturdy and the sides are thick, pad cushy. Don't understand cat logic....see if they like the new one also.

I bought 4 but I only set one up originally because I wanted to make sure the cats liked it. I looked out one day and one cat was lying in it and the other two cats were literally sitting beside it and waiting for him to leave, as soon as he left another one got inside it, and as soon as he left the other one got inside it! So now all four are set up on my front porch under the big table to keep it out of the weather. I look at and I see little Kitty toes hanging out of the doors.

Unconventional use, but a hit nonetheless

This tent bed is well-constructed, but my cat was not interested in going inside it. After a while, I took the pillow out, and she very much enjoyed sleeping on

This tent bed is well-constructed, but my cat was not interested in going inside it. After a while, I took the pillow out, and she very much enjoyed sleeping on it. I would sometimes hide a toy or treat in the tent part, and Lucy would stick her head in to investigate, but she still would not go fully inside the tent. One day I was tidying and folded up the tent to move things around. To my surprise, Lucy curled up on top of the folded-up tent, and it has been one of her favorite beds ever since. The pillow holds up well in the washing machine.

Same with toys, poles, trees, etc. Unfortunately, I’m in a wheelchair, and have no way of returning stuff, so, I give it away. It looked lovely, and I think if I could fit in it, I would try it, just to sometimes “get away from it all.
