What is the texture? My cat hates pate and anything close to that texture. He likes shreds, minced is hit or miss and he loves gravy.

Picky cat eats this most of the time

My picky cats get bored easily and need variety but it is difficult to find many things they will eat consistently. They will eat this if I don’t give it too them

No tuna, more granular.

The Chicken & Turkey "Text Me" variety does NOT look like the photo in the listing. It does not whip up into a smoother texture and adding water only makes it watery

The Chicken & Turkey "Text Me" variety does NOT look like the photo in the listing. It does not whip up into a smoother texture and adding water only makes it watery as that too does not absorb like the others. I believe this flavor is the only product in the OMG line that does not have tuna either as a primary or secondary ingredient. It's likely why my cat views this one as the most unfavorable flavor. He'll slurp up the liquid but come morning, it just looks like a pile of dry rubble. I think I'll be pulling it from the rotation again.

My senior cats have CKD and I wanted an alternative to the prescription diets. This is one of the flavors that is lower in phosphorus and my cats love it. I like the extra gravy for their hydration, which is good for the kidneys. My vet is pleased with their stable blood work values since eating this.
