These kibbles were smaller which is something I seek in a dog food- my 15 yr old border collie while he has good teeth prefers a small kibble - the kibble is quite large now. I will say while it didn’t make my older BC itch my English Shepard sure is itching since the kibbles are bigger and she doesn’t eat it as readily as she once did :( even w the raw goat milk! These kibbles are about penny size now

Basically, Chewy didn’t auto-ship what o signed up for, so this was a failure by both mfr and retailer.

Helps my girls stay full and healthy, we recently switched to raw food which is so much healthier for them other anything else BUT it’s also expensive and doesn’t keep them full and bulked up as they were losing too much weight. This Big Red dog food is amazing as a snack or even a replacement meal in my situation. The girls love it and it’s cost effective.

It’s affordable and gets the job done!

Baz was just adopted from the local animal control location. He had been there 6 months. He came in emaciated and continued to loose weight due to the stress of

Baz was just adopted from the local animal control location. He had been there 6 months. He came in emaciated and continued to loose weight due to the stress of being incarcerated for so long. When we started fostering him I could see his ribs and his back bone. He was getting high quality food from the animal shelter but at ~ 7 cups a day it was adding up and he still wasn’t putting on weight. My research led me to this product. I read the reviews - most were positive. I figured at this low price point what did I have to lose? Well it’s been great. Baz likes the food and he’s not skin and bones anymore. When I took him back to the shelter to formerly adopt him the ladies there were in tears to see how happy and healthy he looked. I have recommended this product to anyone I talk to.

Do not buy!

I bought this for my dogs, mixed with the normal food as directed until they got fully switched and they did fine until they were fully on this. They all 5 are experiencing
