About BIXBI

The founder of BIXBI, James Crouch grew up on a mushroom farm, and it was there that he developed an appreciation for the powerful health benefits of farm-fresh foods. When he founded BIXBI decades later, he applied that knowledge to making organic mushroom supplements for dogs and cats. BIXBI’s product line has grown since those early days, but they’ve never lost sight of their mission: to provide pets with the absolute best in nutrition, with trusted ingredient sourcing and manufacturing in the USA.

I like that this is a high protein food with little or no veggies. Vegetables are sprayed with pesticides, especially kale and spinach. Dogs are carnivores. The mixed tecopherals are very low as well that cause stomach upsets. Great food. Pretty hard to afford for three little dogs, but saves on the vet bills in the long run.

I love the small size of the kibble, which makes it easy for small or large dogs to eat. I also like how easily each piece crumbles. I am currently using the bits as high value treats for all 4 dogs, and a food topper for my 2 senior small dogs.

Freeze dried Lamb!!

Tucker’s favorite meat flavor is lamb and the fact that it’s freeze dried as well is only a bonus for Tucker. A little pricey, but worth it.

Brand-freeze-dried

Use these as training treats for new puppy, but also to enhance the kibble for daycare meals, as the pups usually eat raw.
