Are these soft where I can crumble it into my cats food,or is it a hard food like kibble?

The RAWBBLE Freeze-Dried for Cats Turkey Recipe is not crunchy, but not super soft either. It's somewhere in the middle. It is soft enough to crumble it between your fingers.
