Blackwood Bounty Grain-Free Salmon & Rainbow Trout Recipe Dry Cat Food, 4.5-lb bag

Wanted to give my older guys a little diversity and thought I'd try this. They're kind of picky, so I wasn't sure what would happen, but they absolutely love it. I'll definitely be getting it again and would recommend it.

I am always interested to trying new foods for my two rescues. We never know what our picky felines will eat until we try it. Right? One of my cats loves this but she will eat anything. She is one of those cats that you can't leave anything out on the counter or she will get into it. Including my grandsons juice boxes. LOL So how did this Blackwood Bounty Cat Food Made in USA Slow Cooked Dry Cat Food stack up? Here is what I like about it: - High quality ingredients (the seven first ones are Salmon, Rainbow Trout, Egg, Catfish Meal, Whitefish Meal, Herring Meal, Salmon meal). - Lots of proteins (42%) (to high of protein levels w/cats with kidney disease) - Fair price - Made in USA (love this) Here is what I don't like about it: - Very strong smell

This is a better quality food than most brands. It has whole fish as the first couple of ingredients and salt is about 1/3 of the way down on the list. My cat and kitten were strongly enticed by the smell and ate it quickly. I like that I don’t have to separate them to feed different foods, this is for all ages.
