Blue Buffalo Baby Blue Healthy Growth Formula Natural Chicken Recipe Kitten Wet Food, 3-oz can, case of 24

My kittens loved Baby Blue. They would get so excited about eating it. Then, this case arrived. They had to have changed the recipe because it is nothing like the Baby Blue I've always fed to my kittens. For starters, Baby Blue is supposed to be a very creamy pate that you don't have to add any liquid to. This new case is very dry. Even after adding a ton of water, it is grainy. When I present this food to my kittens, they back away from it and cry. I don't know why Blue decided to take a perfectly good food and change it into this. My kittens would rather starve than eat it. There are 4 kittens and not 1 of them will touch this food and neither will their mom. I opened several cans hoping this was a fluke and, sadly, it is not. I'm feeding it to feral cats instead of throwing it in the trash. I have been a longtime Blue Buffalo customer and this experience is making me rethink the whole brand.

My 3 month old Sphynx kitten absolutely devours this food. I bought what the breeder was giving her and bought kitten Pro Plan so I could upgrade her to a higher quality food. I was trying to slowly transition, but she will only eat the Baby Blue. She is gaining weight, so I will keep her on this one for now. It has a good smell to it, not a gross cat food smell.

We get a baby kitten from our friend, and he already knows this food . He does love this food and make him grow very well, give him a lot of energy.
