Chewy Logitics & Customer Service

I’m a loyal Chewy customer & fan w/4 dogs & 3 cats. In all the years I’ve only had 3 shipping issues. The 1st wasn’t a Chewy thing. The delivery service never brought

I’m a loyal Chewy customer & fan w/4 dogs & 3 cats. In all the years I’ve only had 3 shipping issues. The 1st wasn’t a Chewy thing. The delivery service never brought the box. The 2nd something was let off the order & this time the order picker picked one single packet of wet dog food instead of a case of 24. That’s a $44 dollar mistake which maybe isn’t a lot of $ but Chewy is fixing it @ I appreciate that. Meanwhile, I have to go buy wet dog food for my 16 year old pile until the replacement arrives. All this is no big deal; just aggravating. Thank you Chewy for fixing it. But the invoice says free & it isn’t free, it’s already been paid for once. It should say replacement or order issue. I wish it was free! The BB food gets a 5 the 2 is for Chewy.

My dog loves these, but they aren't big enough, for the cost. You might as well go buy the canned dog food and do half a can to top the dry dog food.
