I see a difference
My 12 yo needed a low phosphorus food because it is hard on kidneys. My vet did not want her on Rx food yet. I was feeding science diet 7+ but her poops were too soft. This food has 6% phosphorus and 6% fiber and it has firmed up her stool. Also her coat has become a much deeper shade of red. My other dog (shepherd)black coat is very shiny . I attribute this to the food. I also jut started salmon oil 5 days ago. Vet said good for kidneys.
Both my dogs hated this!!
My dogs tend to eat just about anything put in front of them, but neither one of them wanted anything to do with this food. :( It has a very strong smell compared to other foods. They would pick around it when I first introduced it with their current food, and now I can't even get them to eat their current food because they know the "new stuff" is in there, too. It might be good for dogs, but my crew is giving it a hard no.
Convenience
My vet recommended a senior food for my 10 year old Collie and she has been doing great on Blue Senior. Since it is low in fat, I add coat supplements to her food and her coat is beautiful. She has energy and enjoys long walks every day. I have recommended it to many people and I enjoy the convenience of her food and meds delivered to the house.

Our almost 15 year old GSP has noticeably improved since being on this senior food. Hips, joints and walking much better. I also supplement with hip and joint CBD dog treats and he’s doing great!
My favorite food for my elder years....
Blue Buffalo Senior Chicken & Brown Rice is yummy and easy to digest. I'm a little dog so I eat 3 one third cup servings a day and am very healthy, my teeth are strong and I have a beautiful dachshund/beagle coat. I highly recommend this product.

Hi I’m Daisy and I love Blue! My parents are adding this as extra to my prescription dietary brand and it is keeping me full longer . I’m hoping I can eat it all the time as my only food soon! I have had no tummy trouble. I would recommend this food to any of my my dog friends . Oh, I tend to gain weight a little easier at my age and I seem to be staying trim, so no need to worry my fellow seniors . Eat Blue Buffalo and be happy!
Great Product with Incredible Service
We use Blue Buffalo for Senior dogs and mistakenly ordered regular food. Contacted Chewy and they refunded the cost of the regular food and just asked that it be donated to a shelter. This is awesome and we did donate to a local shelter.
Dog won’t eat it
I have been buying Blue dog food for a long time from chewy. There is something wrong with the last order delivered. My dog won’t eat it.

It was time to transition my two pups 7 & 8 to a senior formula, after reading the many positive reviews & knowing BLUE's excellent reputation I decided to go with them. Both pups love it.
