No new advancement

I have been using VetIQ hip & joint for my dog the last 4 years or so, and I thought since he is in his senior years now and has had knee surgery, that maybe this brand would be more effective for him and I’d see more of a difference in his mobility. Unfortunately, I have not noticed any real difference yet, but maybe it takes a while? Many reviews said that they did see almost instant results within a week or two so I’m not really sure if this brand works that much better than what I’ve always used. I do like that he only needs a couple chews daily with this brand as opposed to the 4-5 chews daily of the VET IQ brand. I will maybe try one more bag of these and if I still don’t see a difference, I will more than likely go back to the Vet IQ, bc it is the more affordable option if I’m going to be getting the same results.

Our veterinarian recommended that we include a joint glucosamine supplement for our dogs, so we started giving it to them last summer. They have been on the supplement for about nine months now. I began to notice some differences after three to four months, and it seems to have made a significant impact on our 90-pound boxer, Izzy. She had surgery on one of her hind legs, and I believe this supplement has helped facilitate her recovery.

I ordered a box of Temptations treats for my kitties. The treats come in a flimsy plastic container. When this flimsy plastic container is shipped in the same box as the 17-pound bag of cat food, when the shipping box is rough-handled (as it will be) by FedEx (or UPS or USPS), inevitably the flimsy plastic container gets broken, if not crushed, and I end up with a shipping box with a bunch of loose cat treats and a broken treats container. Just letting you know . . .

Waste of money

This was a waste of money. I guess since doesn’t have nasc seal the quality just isn’t what it should be. I tried these and my shepherd actually got worse instead

This was a waste of money. I guess since doesn’t have nasc seal the quality just isn’t what it should be. I tried these and my shepherd actually got worse instead of better. She was doing good on a different supplement was not stiff and running around great on another brand supplement but i was trying to find something I didn’t have to special order so decided to try cosequin since had similar ingredients to the other brand I was using. Well that was a bad decision. Since being on these she has been limping so bad so I will not recommended cosequin anymore as the two Cosequin supplements I tried were both ineffective and saw more stiffness and lameness in my dog on Cosequin. So I will be going back to a supplement with the nasc seal. Very disappointed in cosequin and waste of money on the two cosequin supplements I tried.

My dog refused this, even hidden in cheese

My dog is over 10 years old so I was really hoping this could help her stay spry but, the soft chew is too large for her (Maltese) and cutting it into smllaer pieces

My dog is over 10 years old so I was really hoping this could help her stay spry but, the soft chew is too large for her (Maltese) and cutting it into smllaer pieces didn't work either. I tried to hide the smaller pieces in some cheese but she could still smell it and refused it altogether. I ended up throwing it out.

I gave my dog two chews a day to start with (the company recommended three for his weight) for a week. He started having diarrhea problems so I have discontinued the product for him. I may try starting my other dog on it to use up the package, but I will only start her with one chew a day to see how she tolerates it. The product also has a very strong fish odor from the fish oil. Will not buy again.

Chewy shipped quickly and Nutramax Cosequin has been a heaven set for my elderly Shar Pei. Missy did well for years and this helped her every day. I never knew exactly how old she was; but, she lived a happy life for at least 14 plus years. Sadly Missy Peisley passed October 31st, thank you!

We started giving our two senior dogs these supplements about a year ago and have seen a visible improvement in their comfort and mobility. It has been such a joy to watch them romp around like pups again without pain, discomfort, or stiff joints. Plus, these ingredients are evidence based!

These supplements have worked well for year for my dog. I had an old dog for a long time as well and he was on these for almost 5 years and it helped him be able to move in the snow without getting arthritis symptoms for multiple minutes vs. just 20 seconds without.
