Terrible packaging

Before purchasing this product I read the reviews and was surprised by one that complained about the plastic tubs sealed with a thin metal lid. Seemed at the time

Before purchasing this product I read the reviews and was surprised by one that complained about the plastic tubs sealed with a thin metal lid. Seemed at the time like a strange complaint. I can now concur after cutting myself trying to get that blasted thin metal lid off. (Having tried Purina Fancy Feast Gems I know the packaging could be made more user friendly.) Also, the food hasn't been widely accepted. Our foodie cat will eat it (she'll eat anything), but our male will not.

Phoebe's not a big wet food eater. She doesn't even like FISH! Getting her to even eat more than 2-3 bites of anything is unheard of. Most cat food is a waste, even

Phoebe's not a big wet food eater. She doesn't even like FISH! Getting her to even eat more than 2-3 bites of anything is unheard of. Most cat food is a waste, even this small container is. I really just need to divide each little one into thirds for this finicky feline. As it is, she still picks at it making little "nom-nom" noises which the human ear can barely hear. The following morning, I have the ritual of taking he remaining morsels into the throne room and dispersing them down the throne. She stands on tippy toes peering over the edge as I flush the remains away as if in sadness. Kinda weird... but then she also brushes her teeth twice a day too on her own.

2 of the containers had gravy all over leaked out of the bottom. They also smelled bad, I didn’t open the container and could smell it sealed shut.

Dangerous difficult packaging

These plastic containers are VERY difficult to open. You are expected to grab a small foil tab and peel the top off. They are packaged two packs bonded together

These plastic containers are VERY difficult to open. You are expected to grab a small foil tab and peel the top off. They are packaged two packs bonded together you need to break apart first. Then TRY to grab the tiny tab and peel the foil top off. It takes some strength/grip to grab the tab. Sometimes its doesnt peel off correctly instead ripping which usually ends up with cat food all over your fingers. This morning the process actually ended up slicing my finger open. Good portions, cats like the food, but packaging MUST be changed. In fact they should recall this product before others get injured.

These are too difficult to open. You cannot simply just pull back the tab and open them. I had to end up using a knife to get them open, so I will not be ordering
