How much glucosamine chondroitin does this food contain? Is it better to just give the supplement or feed this food?

This recipe contains shrimp meal, which is a source of Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate. It has a glucoasmine content of 700 mg/kg and a chondroitin sulfate content of 550 mg/kg.
Description says it is suitable for all size dogs. I currently feed the small breed but my dog is aged and has had some mobility issues so I was thinking of switching her over to this. Is the kibble size small (like the photo shows for this product) and like the small breed Blue?
