Feeding Instructions
For optimal freshness, store in a cool, dry area before and after opening. Refrigerate for extended storage.
We recommend a 3 week food transition period be practiced for optimum results.
- Week 1: Mix 1/4 of food to 3/4 of current food.
- Week 2: Mix 1/2 of food to 1/2 of current food.
- Week 3: Mix 3/4 of food with 1/4 of current food.
- Week 4: Transition is complete and can now be used as main diet.

Encore Cockatiel Seed
Well, to tell you the truth.....I am not sure. I find a lot of this seed on the floor, but, I also, know that my 3 birds eat some of it, as I have seen them do so. It is very well presented, with lots of colour and different seeds, although they are not too crazy about the Sunflowers.....I will buy it again, as the price is very reasonable and see what happens the next time, I serve it to them....
He likes the food
I adopted Bobby at 7 and the people I got him from said this is the only food he eats. I get it, and I have gotten him to expand his pallet. The food is a great mix for Cockatiels and he does love the food.
Chewy is #1

Pet preferred
Both Brown's cockatiel food and Brown's pigeon food are vastly preferred over the rest. Our pigeons don't much like all that corn in the other brands.
