Recommend within reason

These are terrific snacks for African Greys except that there are a LOT of peanuts, and we were told 30 years ago not to do peanuts and to limit the sunflower seeds. So generally I pick out the peanuts unless it is a super-special treat (I give the peanuts to the squirrels but this makes for very expensive peanuts).

I use this as a supplement to my normal birdfood. They eat it up and it keeps them busy.
