SHAME ON ME! 3.5oz not 3.5 lb

Do not buy because the cost is not worth what you receive. I was out of hamster food and thought this was the usual 3.5 lb bag. Well shame on me for shopping after a long exhausting day! Yes, I actually bought some neat little seeds at $4.99 for 3.5 oz (pumpkin, sunflower, squash, cantaloupe, watermelon and sunflower seeds)! I make my own trail mix and I feed my hamsters seeds any time without the ridiculous cost. I’m sure the seeds are fine but they are nothing special. The watermelon seeds are unique so I gave it 2 stars but I can’t give any more than that because $4.99 is ridiculous for 3.5 oz.

My winter white hamster loves these seeds! There's a good mix of bigger seeds and smaller seeds for small animals to eat ^_^ Plus she's so cute when she's getting the shell off the pumpkin seeds! We always keep a bag of these seed treats around because they're her favorite.

My hamster loves these! If they were allowed to they would eat a entire bag! I gave this with their food .now for anybody who uses Oxbow food you can give the seeds with the food it will provide the protein they need. I trust this company and they have great seed! I love the seeds and you should try them for your hamster!

My one rat, Banksy, loves seeds. I'm trying to get him off the cheerios, so this is great! It offers a bit more natural of a snack for him, and the little guy loves cracking them open, especially the sunflower seeds. This pack was also a good way to see if my picky rat, Algernon, will try any seed. The answer is no, for now. I'll keep trying. Great product!! My only grumble is that there are a lot of sunflower seeds. Or maybe they're just large. Anyway, its not enough of a problem to minus a star!
