Quality but not as advertised , not talking to you either very hard

My dog loves these but sometimes when you get them they're so rock hard you have to use a knife and even a knife won't cut through them. They're supposed to be soft

love at first bite

She loved them so much that while i had put them up I thought out of reach from her , she got the package down and ate every single one of them and I wasn’t gone
