Need quality control

Once again, chewy needs to do better quality control. Purchased a set of two one of them had such horribly sharp and rough edges that it was unsafe for my parakeet

Once again, chewy needs to do better quality control. Purchased a set of two one of them had such horribly sharp and rough edges that it was unsafe for my parakeet. I was grateful that chewy sent a replacement, but it could’ve been avoided by doing some control before placing it in the box for shipment.
