I cannot say enough good things about Canine Caviar Limited Ingredient Diet for Small Breeds with Chicken! My two little dogs and two medium dogs absolutely love it, and I feel so good knowing I’m feeding them something that’s both healthy and high quality. The ingredient list is incredibly clean—just one animal protein, one ancient grain, plus superfoods and herbs. I love that there are no fillers, preservatives, or common allergens like peas, soy, or potatoes. The kibble size is just right for small breeds. It’s clear this food was made with dogs’ long-term wellness in mind—pH balanced, holistic, and supportive of heart and joint health. That gives me peace of mind that I’m doing the best for my furry family members. Yes, it’s a premium food, but it’s absolutely worth every penny. My dog is thriving on it, and I couldn’t be happier. I absolutely love this food. I like the way that it doesn’t have an overbearing smell and my dogs love the way it tastes. It truly is a great food. It has limited ingredients so it didn’t hurt my dogs stomach when I started feeding it to her, the first ingredient is chicken meal, which is just ground chicken. The second is whole ground oats. It has real ingredients that I can support. It has very high protein for growing puppies, it’s not cooked at high temps which helps preserve the nutrients in the food, it’s holistic, Ph balanced, and I feel really good about feeding this food to my pups.

Canine Caviar is a hit! There are so many things I love about this product! First, the ingredients. I always read every single ingredient on everything I give my dogs, and this product gets 4 paws up just on the ingredients! I love that there aren't a ton of chemicals but plenty of high quality nutrition! Second, it comes in a small package which is very easy to manage. I have lifting restrictions, and I can't lift even a 14lb bag, so this one is perfectly sized, especially considering that small dogs eat less food per feeding so a small bag keeps their food fresher! Third, and my biggest cheer for this product, is how tiny the kibble is! Even the smallest toy breed would not have problems with this kibble! And as small dogs age, they sometimes have a harder time with larger kibble. This kibble is so small that it is easy for them to swallow in case chewing is a challenge. To introduce my dogs to this new kibble, I first use it as a treat for several days. They can't wait to get these little ingredient-packed kibbles as a treat!! They will do anything I ask! Baxter gets so excited to get his Canine Caviar! and Coda thinks it's the best thing ever! Not only has it worked as treats, but there have been zero tummy issues, zero enticement issues, and 100% satisfaction!!! I only wish I'd had this food 20 years ago for my really small Pomeranians who were very picky eaters as this would have been the perfect solution! At least I have it now and my two 13 to 14 pound dogs absolutely love it! And I love it for it's very high quality nutrition!

I did not get very far with this product. My dog is a very picky eater, but in this case, his reaction was extreme. He usually just refuses to eat food he dislikes

I did not get very far with this product. My dog is a very picky eater, but in this case, his reaction was extreme. He usually just refuses to eat food he dislikes after he smells it, but he wanted nothing to do with this product! After smelling it, he turned away. I tried again another day and attempted to hand feed him a few morsels, but he clenched his teeth, turned his head, and then walked away. I also tried mixing it in with one of his favorite foods to entice him. He ate around it, and when a piece ended up in his mouth, he spit it out. Although they were very small and hard, I think he was simply turned off by their smell because he would not even make an attempt to consume this food! They were very small and hard, but there was no evidence of spoilage or any offensive smell.

MY THREE VERY DIFFERENT DOGS LOVED THIS FOOD!

I have a Minpin, Jackrat and 90lb PitDane. They all pounced on Canine Caviar as soon as they sniffed it. It had good aroma, great size kibble for all different sizes and all of them liked the shape of the kibble. My little Jackrat, Gracie, the pickiest of the group, didn't like this food so much the second time she ate it. Just sniffed and walked away. The next day, she decided it was the best food in the world. Dogs, they'll make ya' crazy!
