Can I feed this to my adult dogs of the chicken and pearl millet is out of stock?

Grain Free Puppy Alkalizing™ Entrée is formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food Nutrient Profiles for Growth, Gestation and Lactation, except for the growth of large size dogs (70 lbs or more as an adult.)
Is this food inappropriate for a large breed puppy? The manufacturer states small/medium only on packaging, but large breed is also stated on this description.
