What is the width of the large collar? I'm trying to buy slide on tag and it has to have the same width as the collar.

The Medium is approximately 3/4 inches wide. The Large is approximately 1 inch wide.
Is this waterproof?

The Collar has Rugged two-ply construction: 500D nylon canvas with water repellent coating and inside: nylon webbing with duck canvas weave. It is not waterproof.
Would this size collar fit a beagle? He is just 3 months old right now?

To determine the best size for your pet, measure at the base of their neck and compare with the collar measurements. The Medium collar fits a neck girth measuring 12-18 inches and the Large collar fits a neck girth measuring 18-26 inches.
