Aragamax sugar sized aragonite is meant for marine tanks generally.

Very Nice Soft Sand

My daughter used this for her axolotl tank. The sand feels just like what you would find at the river or the ocean where the tide washes in and out. So soft. It

My daughter used this for her axolotl tank. The sand feels just like what you would find at the river or the ocean where the tide washes in and out. So soft. It was very easy to rinse and as long as you take your time to siphon in your water to your tank. Do not bucket it in, we did this the first time and her 20 gallon became very cloudy. Just siphon it in slowly for a hour and it doesn’t cloud up and will be clear in 24 hours. I would say also it takes 3-4 days for it to completely clear all sand does due to the microorganisms so do not be surprised or worried about that. This Product receives a five star review from me. I would like to see in the future a 15lb bag available.
