Super easy to assemble in just a few minutes. Love joe the stainless steel looks and this won’t tip over. The front water level gauge is very helpful. I bought this for my very playful Maine Coon kitten and she loves it. The charge seems to last a full week on the “automatic” setting which turns the fountain on when it detects motion- which is wonderful. I really hope this unit lasts, but the lifetime warranty is also handy just in case.

This is a quality fountain. Beautiful, it automatically shuts on or off with a motion sensor, and the light color changes from blue to red when the water is too low. Why only 3 stars? Milo is afraid of it and won't drink from it. I once had a horse and found the saying true that "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make them drink." Unfortunately, I've found out that it's also true for cats. It's been here for a month, and I've tried everything to entice him, but he won't drink from it. He actually avoids it.

I have been through a number of water fountains over the years. This fountain seems to remain cleaner and is easy to clean out with each water refill. Here are my only complaints: the filter needs to be changed too often and it’s more difficult to refill the water reservoir compared to the more “open” fountain styles. Overall, we are very pleased with the fountain! I would definitely recommend purchasing this style -especially if you need one that is wireless.
