Drier than expected

I have 4 cats. One refuses to eat any wet food. The other 3 did eat this food. 1 threw it back up in less than an hour and it looked nearly the same as when it went

I have 4 cats. One refuses to eat any wet food. The other 3 did eat this food. 1 threw it back up in less than an hour and it looked nearly the same as when it went in, except it had more moisture. It is a lot drier than you would anticipate a pate should be. It was about the same moisture level as clay that is drying out while you are working with it and your art teacher tells you that you do not have enough water in it. I would recommend getting some sort of broth to mix in for cats that have high moisture needs in their foods. Obviously, there was not enough moisture or my cats stomach did not tolerate it. (And she is our Garfield cat, eats everything, including people food but mostly juices broths and sauces!) I will say that it did not have a horrid odor like some cat foods. There was a very faint, pleasant scent of the fish that you would expect to smell, it just needs a lot more moisture content!

My elderly cat who's almost 19 years old but in surprisingly good shape thanks to lots of vet care. She is a particularly picky cat and makes feeding her a real chore. So she's now turning her nose up to the prescription food that she used to like. She's into Tuna and Salmon but I have to entice her to eat more if I put other foods onto the prescription food. I read the reviews and decided to try this product and thankfully it really helped her to eat more. Also it's agreeing with her digestion and she's keeping it down. I should point out that the pate has zero gravy. Which is usually her favorite thing. But it has enticed her to eat more of her prescription food for the time being.

I have a couple old packages of the food, and since Weruva took over, the recipes looked different and my cats won't eat it. Weruva, I know you changed the recipes!! Why??? My cats hate your food now and it was their favorite.This is sad.

Thick and pasty

I really like the ingredients, but my cat did not like the super pasty consistency. I even tried to water it down and he was not impressed. It is worth a try though

Made Cats Sick.

So my cats have had this before and they liked it so I finally took the plunge and got a big case of it and from that case we’ve tried it on a couple different
