see how much water pet is drinking

cat would constantly tip her water bowl over despite it being fresh (tries to bury uneaten food as well) and we ended up with a two thousand $$ hospital stay from constipation. she does drink from this and i can now see how much she is drinking. she did try to knock it over (unsuccessfully) but did manage to partially dismantle it so had to tape down the piece the flower fits into - problem solved.

Decent cleaner but a little flimsy

I love the Catit water fountain but it can be difficult to clean well. The large brush included in this kit is the perfect size for the spouts. The sponge and the smaller filter cleaner aren’t well made though. The bristles on the small cleaner popped out the first time I used it. Overall the kit is still useful for the larger brush.

Useful tools

These tools are perfect for cleaning the Catit water fountain. The brush helps get into the crevices and the sponge has a rough side and a smooth side that allows makes for easy cleaning. The sponge feels a tad diminutive in my large hands, but that helps make it more flexible for getting into the corners of the bowl. I like having designated tools for cleaning the animal bowls to keep human germs and cat germs separate. :}

This set works perfectly fine with the Catit flower fountain, but so will any soft sponge and pipe cleaning brush. It is probably a better idea to buy the tools separately at a lower cost, especially considering that they will need to be replaced often with the amount of cleaning the fountain requires. However, the design is very cute and fully functional.
