My partner and I have four cats ranging from 9 months old to 9 years old. This spinner treat dispenser toy was a hit in our household! Some of the pros I want to call out was something more for me than the cats. The packaging for this toy had no plastic. This is important to me from an environmental perspective. On that same note, this toy is rechargeable via a usb port and the manufacturer also included a usb cord. The toy itself has interactive lights and it’s spinning action grabs the cat’s attention every time. On the top of the toy, there is a feather attached to protruding stick (more on this later) that the cats enjoy going after when it’s spinning. Not everything was hunky dory though-Only treats of certain sizes can be used in this. I tried using some of the small freeze dried treats we had that the cats like and they would repeatedly get stuck inside and not come out. We ended up putting the cats’ kibble in which works out for the cats because they love their kibble. I also found that the previously mentioned feather attached to a protruding stick falls off easily. This possibly could have been to my cats fervently pulling at the feather portion but I wished this stayed on better.

My cats couldn't get enough of this interactive cat toy as soon as I started it, they were hooked. All you will need is 3 AAA batteries to get it started, and it will automatically go into sleep mode when it is not being played with. The biggest con with this product is my cats destroyed the feather attachment pretty quickly. There is a second one included with the product but that probably won't last long either. Fortunately, I have quite a few kitty toys that I think I can easily attach to it in the future. I haven't tried the treat dispenser yet but I'm sure that will only increase their interest in playing with this toy.

Catit does it again - another great product that is sturdy, easy to use, and looks great! I've used their cat water fountains for years and was pleased to receive the PIXI spinner treat dispenser as part of Chewy's Pawsibilities program. Catit's PIXI was incredibly easy to put together and is weighted very nicely when standing upright. It's quite simply the cutest little treat dispenser that I've ever seen and my cat absolutely LOVES it. Takes just a little nudge to get it rolling & spinning -- I've used it both with and without treats and works perfectly fine either way. The auto-shutoff feature is also great, helps to preserve battery life -- the PIXI only spins while being used and then shuts off automatically. I truly cannot say enough good things about Catit's PIXI spinner treat dispensing toy - hope your cat loves it as much as mine does!!

My cats weren’t too interested in using this as a toy. I’ve since repurposed it as a slow feeder and it definitely helps slow down my kitten when he’s eating. It can fit a little bit more than 1/4 cup of kibble. The light feature is pointless and the mesh part is already getting torn up from their claws. I’ll continue using it as a slow feeder for my kitten.

Entertaining cat puzzle

My kitty is an indoor cat and needs puzzle toys and entertainment. This toy was perfect. One thing I loved was that if he walks away from it, it will stop moving

My kitty is an indoor cat and needs puzzle toys and entertainment. This toy was perfect. One thing I loved was that if he walks away from it, it will stop moving and when he approaches it again, it starts back up. I am not sure how long the feather will last on the top, but currently he’s loving the randomly dispensed treats and the erratic movements

This toy is a hit! My cat is a senior with arthritis, so he gets treatment for pain & can be a little inactive. Being more active is certainly the goal, so I keep trying new toys. This one is a huge hit! I turn it on for him & he plays with it for half an hour or more! My dogs leave it alone & that’s another plus. We are very pleased!

My geriatric cat was not interested at all, but she's not interested in dry/crunchy treats so not really surprised. My other cat was interested for a few minutes, but lost interest pretty quickly - even with easy access to the treats! Not sure why. I think for some cats this is a great treat dispensing toy, just not for mine.
