I do not dilute this product. I use it as I would shampoo for myself.

How are the CHI Deep Moisture Shampoo and the CHI 2 in 1 Shampoo and Conditioner the same and/or different? Trying to decide which is the best to use on a dog with a dry coat so would like to know how each of these two CHI shampoos are different from the other.

Gallon does NOT come with pump

I ordered the gallon size shampoo & conditioner - neither came with a pump. I contacted customer service and they sent another gallon each of shampoo & conditioner

I ordered the gallon size shampoo & conditioner - neither came with a pump. I contacted customer service and they sent another gallon each of shampoo & conditioner - again, no pumps. I was hopeful that this larger-sized packaging would help me to wash my dog, allowing me to dispense shampoo/conditioner with one hand while keeping my other in contact with my dog. I contacted customer service again after receiving the second set of bottles, requesting *just the pumps* and they said they cannot just send the pumps. I don't have unlimited space for all the extra shampoo/conditioner so I requested a refund. Very disappointing since the product title literally says that it comes with a pump. :-(

CHI shampoo

CHI shampoos was ok. I wouldn’t say it is deep moisturizing but it lathers well and seems to be gentle. I’ll keep using it but with another brand of a deep conditioner

Smells good

this has been my go to shampoo since our puppy joined the family (3+ years now). It smells good and really makes his fur feel soft and clean.

Typically, I receive my Chewy order with brown paper stuffing to keep items from moving around. Not this time. The shampoo I purchased was partially open in the box spilling out over the other items. Luckily other items were in their individual wrapping, otherwise this would have been a much different review. Whoever thought removing the paper stuffing in your boxes was a good idea owes me a partial bottle of shampoo.
